Phd Agnieszka Brzostek, since 2005 works as lecturer in Stanislaw Staszic of College of Public Administration in Bialystok and also works as lecturer in National Defence University in Warsaw; giving lecturers and practical seminars on public administration and local administration in Poland and administrative action relating to national security. Phd Agnieszka Brzostek published several articles on various issues of public administration, evolution of tasks of local administration and administration tasks in ensuring public safety and order.


Phd Małgorzata Wenclik, since 2004 works as academic teacher in Stanislaw Staszic of College of Public Administration in Bialystok and also works as lecturer in College of Computer Science and Entrepreneurship in Lomza; giving lecturers and practical seminars on public administration and local administration in Poland and EU. Phd Małgorzata Wenclik published several articles on various issues of public administration, participation and consultation proses in public administration,  evolution of tasks of local administration and administration.


Prof.Dr.Tanju Tosun (Ph.D) Ege University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of International Relations.

Professor of Political Science and Chairman of the Department of International Relations at Ege University. He is an expert on comparative politics and Turkish politics. He has 9 books and articles which have been published by national and International publishers. He has participated several conferences in different academic activities both in Turkey and in different countries.  He is also a columnist in a web-based local journal in Izmir.


Assit. Prof.  Dr.  Sinem KOCAMAZ Ege University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of International Relations. 

She has defended PhD thesis on the Britain's Transatlantic Relations Effect on European Union Integration in Tony Blair's Term. Dr Kocmaz published several articles on various issues. e.g. of The European Union's Relationships with the Transcaucasian Countries within the Scope of the European Neighbourhood Policy and A New Form of Security Cooperation and Collective Conflict  Management in the Post-Cold War International System”.

Research interests: The European Union, integration and enlargement, transatlantic relations, NATO, common foreign and security policy, collective security, the Middle East, international economic integrations.


Janis Kapustans, a lecturer from the Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences in Valmiera, Latvia, has a solid experience of working as university lecturer since 1998. His teaching interests include issues of the European Union and policy of the three Baltic States – Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania. Similarly it is possible to point out towards his research interests. Janis Kapustans has done research on European integration issues in Latvia and other Baltic countries.

He is one of the leading experts in Latvia on EU issues. Janis Kapustans has delivered comments in central state television and Latvian Radio 1 on European affairs. Quite busy time was pre-referendum campaign in Latvia on issue of Latvia’s joining the European Union in 2003. Then Janis Kapustans was leading information activities with special emphasis on pensioners as very influential group of voters.

He has delivered visiting-lectures at the University of Tampere (Finland), the Ghent University (Belgium), Stanislaw Staszic College of Public Administration in Bialystok (Poland), University of Tartu (Estonia), Corvinus University of Budapest (Hungary) within framework of Erasmus program. In the status of leading lecturer Janis Kapustans has successfully implemented a project within the framework of Jean Monnet Teaching Modules programme (2005-2008). He has actively attended the annual Jean Monnet informative conferences in Brussels (Belgium).
